I NEED SOMEONE LONG TERM, CAN YOU STILL HELP?
Absolutely, we work with clients on a continuing basis as well as on an ad-hoc basis. Everything we do is bespoke to each client and no two packages are the same. We will work with you to create the most cost effective and efficient way of working for you and your business.
WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
The premise of Madmin is that we are a Virtual Assistant Service, allowing us to work with clients all over the world. If you have a specific requirement for face to face work occasionally then this can be arranged on a case by case basis. If you live locally to our HQ in Swansea, South Wales then you will inevitably meet us face to face at some point. Otherwise, you'll get to meet Becca over Zoom and regular catch ups are encouraged.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON BANK HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Our hours are Monday - Thursday 10:00-18:00 and Friday 10:00 - 16:00, however we often work after hours or on weekends when a client has a deadline that requires this so please don't feel shy if this is something that you require.
